HAPPY NEW YEAR TO EVERYONE . HOPE YOU ALL STAYED SAFE. Had a bad week . Wanted to enjoy Christmas and we did just that . Not worried about falling off the wagon . One week from 52 ain't that bad .
213.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
