Weight is the same, but I have lost a half inch on waist and hips! I am building muscle and have amped up my workouts! I need to work on upper body strength and am pleased with my eating behavior. The scale seems stuck, I am tempted to do a more metabolic diet, like low carb, but sometimes that sets me up for failure...I am still toying with the idea. We'll see!
