CrystalJo74's Journal, 11 December 2021

Ok...now I'm thinkin I need to increase my calories for a bit and see what happens. (I've been at about 1000/day for months) but upped it to 1200 yesterday and still had a loss. Feelin just a bit shaky & weak, so let's see what happens over the next week when I make some changes.

Below are some healthier holiday treats especially for those who have 'littles' at home 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 My grandkids are teenagers...but I'm thinkin they still might get a kick out of them💙😉

Thanks EVERYONE for your comments and advice. For now I am pretty much going with All_Pain's approach...just adding 200 or less calories a day and see what happens. It feels so weird to eat that much after all these months...but I think it's the right thing to do🙏🤔

It is always to be like that for us ... always an eye on the weight and the intake - and always mindful of a bit of gain - since it leads to more gain - It will never end - I know this ... if your calorie intake is too low - and you have lost your body fat then your body will start to absorb your lean muscle. So at least take in some soup or something light on your stomach but with nutrients - to keep your body strong.

i have always had issues with my weight. i have lost 80lbs 3 times in my life and gained it back from negligence. best advice i ever had was eat 10x bodyweight for calorie loss 12x for maintenance and 14x for weight gain. I'm 30lbs down again and this method helps me dramatically

Crystal, aim for around 200 calories. Anything less will be too hard to accurately track plus your daily movent could cancel out what extra little bit you add. You wanna make sure you're actually adding in calories. Throwing in 50cals or something might not even be really 50cals at the end of the day... You know what I'm saying? Good luck 🤞
