How do you guys cope with weekends? They are my worst enemy. Just can’t stop munching

I cheat on weekends, I do calorie cycling and I have extra more calories for the weekend so I can sin in peace!! 🤣🤣🤣

I struggle as well, I keep papaya cubed, boiled eggs and veggie sticks prepped so if I snack it’s not bad snacking. 👍

meal prep is key.... and if you want take one snack. overindulge is to avoid... Cheat is a wrong word. if you feel guilty for having a treat you got to get your mindset right xx

During the week I eat between 1300 to 1400 calories a day, on the weekends I eat around 1800 calories a day so that allows me to eat almost anything I crave (10500 calories a week and I manage it daily). This weekend I had carrot cake and cheese cake for dessert and I'm within my calories. I also ate French fries and pasta. This is not a diet, I'm not on a diet, a eat a little bit of everything within my daily calories and it works for me. I also do IF 15:9 from Sunday to Friday, I don't do IF during the weekend and I train 4-5 times week. That's my secret for a healthy happy life. 😁

Thank you so much for the advice. I take note of everything and will put it to use starting this weekend. I will keep busy, add extra calories, prep my meals especially the snacks in advance . Get my mindset right

Don't forget to check your tdee to see which are your daily calories (tdee calculator) and then within the week calories you do calorie cycling so you are always within your range. The calories I refer are for me (10500 cals week). You will have values to maintain weight, light weight loss and weight loss. Try it for 2 weeks and see how it works for you. I had to try several things until I found out what works for me. All the luck. 😁

Hi Gugu, welcome to my boat🤦🏽‍♀️ At some point I just stop counting the weekend calories. What’s your calorie budget coz seemingly from the comments a little bit extra calories on a weekend are welcome
