well after a spill of nerves and hangovers and stress Im down about 5 to 7 pounds in a week not a good way to loose but usually I gain weight !as I eat everything ! I have no appitite I guess the onl bad thing now is to stop eating the same crap that gained my extra weight in the first place! BREAD , WINE , GENERALLY OVER EATING!
