Doncocor's Journal, 01 December 2021

I guess this had to happen eventually. Last week I tore a bicep working out. Then hurt it even more trying to paint some xmas art on some windows. Now I can't workout my arms for 4 or 6 weeks. Pain In The Butt. Cuz this hurt like a bish.
