Thank you! Been working on consistency. Daily Goals: 1400 calories (often closer to 1600) 40 g fat max 11 carb servings Eliminate as much salt as possible LOTS of water. No more than 3-4 hour between eating something. When I follow this plan (nutritionist developed and monitors it), the weight comes off. I track regularly. Only way to keep me honest. Lmk if you have any questions.
