⭐WoW! It's Work Out Wednesday! It's Walk On Wednesday*! It's Weigh-In Day!
Actually, I do plan to go to the gym 💪 and go for a walk today 🚶♀️as it's a beautiful day here in Calgary. My gym session is very basic with a few weights, step ups, treadmill and movement exercises. It's more the idea of consistent routines for me at the moment. Taking advantage of dry sidewalks!
