My workout today was the Chloe Ting 2 week ab challenge. I am sore for two days in a row. I had been focused on shrinking my mid-section lately. I have what I like to call a hangy down belly and I've been working out to get rid of some inches. I do enjoy the workouts.and I plan on doing another ab challenge after this one.

Yup! I refer to "saggy baggy elephant effect". Pregnancies and yo-yo weight is not a good combination. Gotta keep working on it, till I decide it's worth letting them snip and clip.
