unintentionally reduced my deficit to 600 calsper day from usual 1000. should have lost 1.2 pounds in lieu of this 4.5 lbs llost in a week. my scooby meal planner said I should be eating said I should be taking in abt 2150, which would be a 700 cal deficit. perhaps eating more e cals is the ticket for me?
