I am day 12 into my HCG diet including 2 load days and Im down 12 pounds... feel great.. lots of energy.. no headaches this time..I am implementing 40 min of treadmill this time and seems to be helping with weightloss and Im use B12 again this time... I plan to do 45 days.. and hit my goal if not a little below.. and follow ph 3 religiously ...since I failed at that on my last round.. I am committed this time!!
