So i have not been to gym lately gained a kilo or two had my first couple of drinks in 4 months ... i am at the least demotivated just not feeling it. So for me its like back to step on this week meal prep no drinks lots of water and etc hopefully i can make it work.

yup. when you're not feeling it, it s like a domino affect... but I agree. go back to basics. keep your meals clean and simple... move more and look for some physical activity that brings you joy. acknowledging that you've been in a slump us actually the most proactive thing you can do to turn it around.
