Oh so slowly. But enough so I feel I have an outline of a figure - even if it’s padded. Trying to get myself to go to the gym. Progress not perfection.
145.8 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
