woke up early, watched TV and read some, had coffee, showered and packed up. Went down to check on breakfast, and with prefab eggs and tiny pieces of canned ham, it didn't appeal. I tasted on piece of hash browns, which looked breaded, and decided to eat at Waffle House. I got out of there about 9:30, I think. Drive back was not bad, a little rain, stopped at the rest area just before Lake Oconee and stretched my legs a bit. Got home before noon, and mostly dropped stuff in the living room. I did minimal straightening after going to Whole Foods for salad makings for Foyer Group. Anne gave me some cheese, sausage, and chicken salad as leftovers from her time with Mary Donna, and I took the cheese and sausage with me to Claire and Gordon's, along with the watermelon from Bill's garden. The paella meal was delicious as usual, and I had a second helping. Watermelon had seeds which was disappointing. Brought it and salad home. Nice to catch up with everybody.
108.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
