I had such a good week, my calorie deficit was bang on track all week. A couple of days above 1500 cals a couple of days under it. It paid off and I've lost another 2 pounds. This takes me down to 25 stone 9 pounds (359) and more importantly I've hit and passed the 50 pound mini goal. Next goal is 100 pounds. I'm not hoping that will happen by christmas, but perhaps 1 April if I work hard.
I can't use the treadmill as I'm officially too heavy for it, so I've bought one of those weighted hula hoops. I'm still wobbly on my legs (due to numb feet) but the hoop should strengthen my core.. We'll see!
So wine tonight in celebration! Picture is not me, obviously. Lol!
