My in-laws have returned to Namibia, so hopefully my diet will return to normal now. With them around there's an excess of biltong, malva pudding, marrow bones and juicy steaks available
162.0 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
