Homemade Saag Tofu. Had a lot of mustard greens and spinach on hand. Just a tiny bit spicy.

Inspiration! Thank you for sharing. I love Palak Paneer, and this seems similar.

Thanks, Ian! It's the same thing as Palak Paneer, but you substitute between 1/3-2/3 with mustard greens. I like mustard greens more then spinach so it works well for me.

Appreciate the tips! I have a box of tofu that I’ve wanted to find a recipe for, this will be perfect.
