Wee Eck's Journal, 05 September 2021

Seem to be stuck! Still keeping to the same diet and portion sizes. Still exercising.
In fact in the past two weeks I've started the Couch to 5k process and in addition I am running a straight mile twice a week so my exercise has changed from lots of walking to lots of walking and a wee bit of running.

Oh well I'll just carry on and see what happens I suppose.

Onwards and Upwards (or hopefully downwards)!
180.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.5 lb a week

You are doing great. Sometimes the body sticks at a certain weight for a wee while because as you get lighter and more efficient it takes longer for the weight to drop. If it doesn't drop after 2 or 3 weeks you might have to mix things up a bit!

maybe all this exercise is making muscle? remember muscle weighs more than fat ❤️💪
