TGIF, wish I could have a glass of wine or mojito right about now. It is after 3pm, but I no longer drink my calories. Alcohol is a definite no no when trying to maintain some sort of control.
Not a happy happy camper, just ok. It's still Friday after all.

I hear you. I am about to get on treadmill on a Friday night. Happy hour at my favorite watering hole is much prefer 🙄

ACB, I used to drink a glass of Malbec every night. 120kcal. I was determined to save the 120kcal budget for my nightly wine, which actually helped me stay below RDI. Just a thought.

I just had a tiny sandwich and a large piece of pecan pie, and feel like crap now! So, good for you ACB, don’t do it!! Not worth the thrill! 🙃 So happy with my popcorn at night like Mermee. I can be a real buffoon at times!😫

YFRITZ, I cannot do a glass of malbec yet. B/c it leads to a side of cheese, figs, nuts, who knows what else. I totally lose control after a glass of wine. Inhibition got right out the window. Now if I cheat w/o alchohol I can stop at the 3 figs.
