3pm. I'm doing ok kcal wise. The sodium is another story. It's at 2600 mg, Keeping it under 2,000 is not easy. Yup Skinny pop strikes again. It's not too shabby for a saltiholic.
Logged all meals including dinner. Hehee. ...Have 14 calories leftover. What can one eat that 14 kcal🤔 ..
Just kidding.
Sun is shining here. IDA not due to landfall until Thurs. Hope all FS friends from LA are doing ok. I have a generator ready. The saying goes..it doesn't rain when you bring an umbrella.

Thank you for mentioning sodium intake. I am averaging just under 2600 last week. So 2000 is impossible task for me too. I need to look closely at my food.
