I only have 200 calories left for the day 😔
It's veggie for me for the rest of the day.
Did some stretching to stay limber for tomorrow's scheduled walk.
Couldn't stretch too much. Belly got in the way😳
No was have to do other types of stretches.

How did I use all my calories? Mr. Haagen Daz. Good thing is whatever is left in the pint belongs to hubs.

Ice cream ❤️❤️❤️ We switched to having ice cream bars or mini cones in the freezer to help with portion sizes. Still gotta have the treats!
