My first healthy lunch of my weightloss journey. Tilapia and sauteed veggies. Not sure how much calories are in all that oil I used but hopefully it's less than my usual diet of constant fried, greasy junk food.

I use the Sunflower, or olive oil for the fish. Yummy Tillapia! Topped with anything? we love black pepper limes or lemons, and dried parsly.

Air fry, bake or steam.
Investment on Self care and awareness is the best gift you will ever give yourself.
Also no need to go to any extreme like fasting or extreme cardio. Just be consistent with the right daily habits. Every choice counts so choose wisely and 🙏
