I don’t know how high I went but I’m back down to 150. I tore my meniscus badly and could barely walk so no exercise and boredom equaled very fast weight gain. Had a meniscectomy a couple weeks ago and I’m back on my feet and starting to slowly lose the weight again. It’s been incredibly hard for me to stay on a diet this last year so my new rule has to be no cheating / no sugar / no triggers until I’m below 140 and then only cheat for one meal - not a whole day because the day turns into a week turns into a month. It’s great though that my knee will be good enough to go hiking just about the time it cools off.
