May need to move onto Phase 2. I'm not getting enough fiber and I'm finding the lack of peanut butter (or other nuts) irritating. Had half an Atkins bar tonight to bring my total up to over 21g and feel MUCH better. If I'm under 150 in the morning, I'm going to look at moving on. If not, another day or two on Induction.
If I stay on Induction another entire week, I might have to move straight to Pre-Maintenance because I'm losing at such a rapid pace. Even though it could taper off, I'd rather not risk it. I'd like to have the experience of each phase, even if it's only for a short time. In fact, that's the only reason I chose to start on Induction. I could have started at a different phase.
