Booya!!! Onederland! I made it - finally! Good to be back. Not just visiting this time. Just shows what eating right and exercising hard will do for you! And, I'm loving the exercise! (Sign up for Nerd Fitness to read more about this - one of my FS buddies turned me on to this site). Just in the last couple of days I've noticed a big change in my clothes and I've had several people at work actually come up to me to say how they've noticed the weight I've lost! Sooo happy!

So, now on to the next 30 pounds (I am exactly half way there). Well, I think - it's been a long time since I was in the range I'm supposed to be at for my age and height (170's). So, we'll see how I feel when I get close. I'm still trying to get over the numbers thing. Hard when most average women are 140, 150.... I know I have to account for my height with the weight (and now my age, although that hasn't seemed to change the recommended number over the years), but still makes me feel huge. Just a head thing/mind trip....

I'm now signing up for some personal training sessions at another gym that teaches kettlebell and TRX. Supposed to be a great cardio workout, while sculpting and without providing the bulk I don't want with my body frame. Hope it works. Need to start toning as I haven't been doing a lot of weights and my arms and abs need some work. Luckily, because of my height, the legs are always the first to slim down and get back in shape.

So, thank you to all my buddies and FS warriors for helping me along the way in this journey! I couldn't have done it without you! Well, I probably could have - but doubt I would have! You've all helped keep me accountable and motivated. Happy Friday, everyone! Hope your day starts out as fabulous as mine has! 😘
