I had gone to the gym today. I am so glad to get a good workout in. I had done 10 minutes of interval training on the treadmill and I had worked on my upper body mainly my back, triceps, and biceps. I plan on doing those for two days a week and work on my legs for three days a week. The lower half of me is the biggest part which I really hate. I had stuck to a portion control program for a week now and it's been quite the change from what I am used to doing versus my old habbits. I do hope to develop some new healthy habbits sooner instead of later. So far the dieting has been okay. I just had been teaching myself to say no to certain foods or snack items.

great job Morgan. I agree when I say no to things I enjoy the cravings get bad. so moderation and enjoy everything. your doing awesome

Keep it up! I have to remind myself often that I can’t spot reduce specific areas of my body for fat loss( my belly in my my case) fat is like a onion it comes off in layers and where you body wants it to.. for me I always notice my face thinning before anything else
