Things continue to go well from a food perspective. I'm traveling this week but cooked up a bunch of chicken, brought broccoli and microwave bags and am taking fruit from the hotel in the morning. keeping things within my daily calorie allowance. Tomorrow may be a little difficult as I don't have any prepared food for my Drive back but I'll work something out.
Next week I vow to get back on the workout wagon. Looking forward to it. Hope all my Buddies are having a good week.
