I am happy to announce I am under my RDI number of 1800 calories today. I am so proud of myself for staying under. I get so aggregated with myself when I am way over my limit, (partially why I do gain.) Even though I check in on my calories most of the time, I realize it's been more over versus under. At least with doing intermittent fasting I should be able to keep in track of my calories a lot better. I know the first time I done it I did not stick with it because the fat girl about me wanted to indulge myself in whatever I could find. But since then I had to have a major talk with myself over that. I am never gonna look good in my body eating all the time. Its worth the sacrifce to feel better about how I am doing to achieve my goals and where I want to be. I am never gonna achieve my goals while eating like a hog and not doing anything to burn off the calories. So I had recently started to put in the extra effort to combat all the weight gain. I do really look forward to getting back to pre-covid weight, (which was my weight before covid.) Going to the gym would help to. So extra cardio is always good.
