Lost 2 inches this week. Total of 9 inches in 4 weeks. Another doctor appt today - u/s - one of my kids is going to baseball opening day game - other two want to go to movies and the mall. Going to my Dads on Wednesday for the rest of the week. Nervous about breaking up routine. It's been 4 weeks now though so I ought to be able to keep going...
