For the cooks who thought they had everything ... An outdoor, duel-fuel pizza oven!! Tonight's topping include : Rosemary, confit garlic; peaches, goat cheese, sausage, basil & carmelized onions; Corn, onion, basil, pepperjack. Too much fun🍕🍕

This was fun & tasty mamaron, Mermee & GJ ! PIZZA PARTY 🍕🍕 Made 4 pizzas tonight and got the hang of it on pizza #3. Most of the toppings were leftovers from earlier in the week. Wife made dough with 00 flour 2 days ago. The oven is made by Bertello and was a steal at $286 delivered. Normally $450 plus delivery. Arrive 4 days ahead of schedule. Oven runs at a nice 750-900F 🔥

I have an oven that looks similar but mine is run on propane best pizza maker and flatbread in minutes yum I love pita bread on it

Really fun & delish marpingo! Looks like the real deal so far RM👍👍 This one has uses propane, wood/charcol or both. We used propane only for these pizzas.

Looks awesome! What's the temp? Good to know that I am not alone in my need for equipment. Currently actively NOT buying an espresso machine, pannini press, ice cream maker, vacuum sealer, and outdoor propane heater...

We don't have too many gadgets JP but this one should be fun. Not sure about ateaks but it takes 25 min to reach 800-900F and 90 minutes ro cool down. We'll be experimenting with stuff and I'll post.?

Please do. I'm interested. Heard on the heating/cooling time. I was looking into a salamander for over oven for finishing, but the warm up time plus the overall high heat wasn't worth it for me.
