I struggled badly during my pregnancy and postpartum months after my daughter and my weight at rocketed to 111kg.
Lockdown has been tough on everyone but I've used the time to change my eating habits and absolutely love the results.
I now sit at 82kg and eat no more than 1500 calories a day, I do the Charlotte crosby belly blitz DVD 4/5 times a week as well as walks throughout the week or a big hike of a weekend.
The best part is I still eat carbs most days and enjoy chocolate and the occasional cheeky takeout as a treat because my mentality towards food has changed so much.
I've still got a little more to go and my wedding next year is definitely motivating me to continue.
