For breakfast I had sausage, egg, and cheese on an English Muffin, a coffee with 2 tablespoons of half and half and a mixed fruit plate(strawberry, grape, cantaloupe, and watermelon). For lunch I had 4 spring rolls (lettuce, carrot, imitation crab, thin slice of shrimp in each with a random sweet sauce with seeds in it. For dinner I had Coffee with more half and half, meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and green beans. Also had a roll with a little butter. Went to the movies, but didn't get popcorn. Had a 12:30 am snack of apple pie with streusel on top from Sweet Jill's which I topped with whipped cream but only ended up eating the whipped cream and any apples with streusel and threw the rest away.
