Juice cleanse was not easy but for sure worth it.
236.1 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1893 kcal Fat: 63.88g | Prot: 90.04g | Carb: 234.45g.   Breakfast: Wellington's Tomato Sauce, Lancewood Fat Free Smooth Cottage Cheese, Boiled Egg, Bakers Provita Crackerbread Rye Toast. Lunch: Woolworths Decadently Baked Cheesecake, White Rice, Mussels with Tomato-Based Sauce (Mixture). Dinner: Wellington's Sweet Chilli Sauce, Lancewood Fat Free Smooth Cottage Cheese, Carrots , Cooked Cauliflower (from Fresh), Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other: Woolworths Salted Caramel (30g). more...
