530am workout 3rd Day- took Weds off. Feeling great, lots of energy. Quit vaping as well, it helped me stop drinking so now its time for my only vice to be a cup of coffee in the morning. Happy Friday-eve FS family!

I've been trying to cut back on the caffeine. I stopped drinking energy drinks and switched to decaf coffee in the mornings. eventually hope to wing off coffee all together.
