Weight at doctor yesterday was the highest I have ever been. Must get back on track! Starting today to track calories and understand what I have been eating.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You can do it! The best "tool" among them all for me has been the community here. The more I support and am supported, the greater connections and the harder I work! If this was easy... We wouldn't be here! 😁
