contemplating doing 🤔 a diet break. so I could focus on building muscle. my overall goal beside getting healthy is to get down to 10 to 12 percent body fat. but don't want to look skinny. I'm a manly man, lol. don't want a boy look. has anyone took a break to muscle up? or done both muscle up and loss fat?
