Starting today I am doing a 30 day AB Challenge and set of Yoga poses for this month. I found the planks really hard to do so I will need more practice with those, and I absolutely loved doing the yoga poses. I sweated more doing the yoga poses then I did with the AB Challenge. I was only able to do 4 reps for the yoga when it stated 6. But I am a beginner so I will let it slide.
