Running in a 15K this weekend, 5 lbs until I inch out of the overweight BMI range. Checkup with my doctor next Monday, he should be happy with my progress.

Have you ever picked up or moved a 5 gallon water bottle? I use that for reference to look back on how much weight I have lost. Three of them, that I no longer carry around with me 24/7.
