I decided to join WW online to see if I could drop the 10 lbs. I'm trying to loose. Counting my calories doesn't seem to be working so I thought I would change things up a bit. I'll give it a shot. Can't wait to see the dr. next mth regarding my thyroid issues. I think she'll probably change my meds. a bit. I'm hoping so really! Have a good night everyone!!!

I would recommend just going to at least one meeting. That way you can ask questions and make sure you totally understand the plan. The meetings help in the begining

Thanks everyone for your input. Good advise to go to atleast 1 mtg. and Lily, I'm usually a very happy person but I'm just so "hung up" on loosing 10 lbs. because I was once 200 lbs. (several yrs ago) and I don't ever want to be obese again. I know I need to get my mind on other things. Going back to the gym and tai chi will help. TOWANDA!!! back atcha Lisa.

Good morning ali! The last 10lb is the hardest! I know what it is like.. Every since I joined here last Sep, I haven't been able to lose a single pound! I gained some muscle though. We learn patience here.. TaiChi sounds good! Happy Wednesday:)
