Ok so I have been battling a cold for the last week and I'm only just starting to feel a bit better. I have been living on Lemon Tea, water, orange juice with meat and potatoes.I still need to invest in a set of scales. I found a cheap one at Kmart, I just got to get there or order it online.

I see my doctor next week about my "possible Hypothyroidism. Hopefully this time they will put me on something. I still have all the symptoms. And I haven't lost any extra weight. I'm searching for healthy foods to eat during winter instead of salads but I need to find alternatives to some of my carb intake.

I'm going to try some gluten free bread for myself otherwise I will stick to eating rye bread and chia mountain bread.

Any ideas for carb substitutes?
