Found that driving is my worst trigger for back pain still. I can handle a 30 minute drive but the driving on Weds. was a total of 160 miles. I paid for it last night and all of today. Ouchie, not good. I have therapy tomorrow and hopefully I can knock some of the pain out. I won't take the pill that helps. I gain about a pound a day on it, not going to happen. (I would if it knocked all the pain out but it doesn't help more than a few advil) Maybe the Doctor tomorrow can prescribe something else.
