Bener bgt kak masa otot naik, pdhl aku baru jalanin jln kaki pagi aja -/+ 60 menit. Ini sargi kepepet krn hrs jln pagi, air d rumah mati, jd beli diluar sedptny krn anak2 udh kelaperan..jd curhat dh..wkwkwk
