always in reverse diet, 50kcal more each week, you have to really go slowly to not gain weight and I am surprised to see that I am still losing a little weight. the body is surprising! hang on your efforts are worth it
140.7 lb Lost so far: 22.7 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
