Even though I have come far.. I am disappointed I haven't done what in my mind I thought I should have lost by now. I know exercise wise I have done excellent and at times I have to tell myself to slow down.. don't work so hard because then I know I am not taking in the calories I need to to mainain the exercise... I know my food choices have not been the best they could be... I need to focus again. I think because I am coming to the end of my major challenge and I have not done what I should have done for what I pledged I am highly disappointed in myself ...
I hope to continue to keep weight loss in my mind and eating right and exercising so that by the end of the year I am only exercising to maintain my weight and I am where I would like to be for my health.
