Hello friends and others! I've been gone for a few days to see my son and friends and family in Iowa. It was a great trip and I was good for the most part with a slight deviation at my sister in laws. It seems they get a big kick out of trying to kill my diet. Sabotage, I call it. I have never had so much food shoved at me. Sorry, I don't play that game anymore! It is good to be home and I was actually looking forward to having a mim for breakfast. It is hot here finally. We came home and put our shorts on and turned on the fans. Whew! Maybe some of the extra pounds will melt off. Golf tomorrow, then bowling on Thursday. Life is good.
