It's Soo cold today. Mentally doing my best to ensure I do not overindulge.

Diet Calendar Entry for 31 May 2021:

I am so glad to know I'm not the only one struggling with this...But the key for me has been to have a large breakfast as part of my IF. I normally eat around noon and it has been working 🙌 plus some really good dose of on purpose conscious eating. Good luck y'all . I feel like winter can be the most testing season

I try do 16 hours intermittent fasting per day - so basically I don't eat after 6pm and before 10am, I found I would struggle if I went too long. And then with that 3x meals per day, breakfast a lt 10am, lunch at 2pm, dinner at 5pm... I need 3 fairly balanced meals of about 500cals per meal to get me there. Some can do OMAD, but it doesn't work for me
