It’s fat free yogurt mixed with tikka paste so that’s where the colour comes from 🙂

I’ve cooked red onion with mixed peppers and a bit of garlic until softened and then added chicken marinated in yogurt and tikka paste. Bit of tomato purée and little bit more tikka paste.Cooked rice and bit of chicken stock 🙂 no oil just 1 calorie spray 🙂
