I've been eating well and working out and the weight just did Move. ( my fist 7 lb lost fast and then it just stopped) feel so relieved this morning.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1387 kcal Fat: 33.60g | Prot: 103.79g | Carb: 170.12g.   Breakfast: Coffee with Milk, Watermelon , Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt, Honey, Blueberries, Cream Cheese , Green Olives, Cherry Tomatoes, Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch: Chick-fil-A Light Italian Dressing, Cream Cheese, Mixed Salad Greens, Egg, Whole Wheat Bread, Coffee with Milk. Dinner: Cooked Salmon, Quinoa (Cooked). Snacks/Other: Air Popped Popcorn . more...
