The goal was to get into the 160s by May. Now, its 1 May and I got there, so perhaps the new goal is get into the 150s??? I was truly disappointed that having been super locked down, I managed to put on sooo much weight. And I met my bae the other day and I know he was confused, he has never seen me this heavy. I guess I will know how much he cares, if he sticks with me whilst I try to get back on form. I'm still in disbelief myself, I guess being home with Mum's cooking and out of routine, and just the stress of the entire situation did not help me. But I am determined to get back on track, and make no excuses. I'll give myself the two weeks from now to get down into the 150s if not, drastic measures may be required.
