1 full week with no meat protien. (other than fish & seafood) I've discovered that I am feeling a good bit better too. My stomach doesn't feel as yucky as it was before. Hummus has become a new favorite, and am looking forward to finding more yummy meat alternatives. Thank you all for all of your suggestions and advice. They are really helping!!!!! Who knows, this may become a permanent thing, not just a lent thing.
